Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
We can only refund your payment if the product is damaged on arrival and approved by PANTONE PLAY FASHIONS
For Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking transactions, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund amounts will be credited within 2-5 working days.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy:
- Cancellations will not be done for prepaid orders.
- Once the product has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you can exchange the product for size or damaged issues as per our exchange policy .
How long does the refund procedure take?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Where should I return my product?
We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.
